SANTA BARBARA - Boca Raton
Florida. Centrally located
within walking distance to the Town Center Mall at Boca Raton the
community features include a clubhouse, fabulous banquet room with full
kitchen, billiards room, heated pool and spa, fitness center and four
Har-Tru lighted tennis courts. The community is composed of 78 villas
and 163 courtyard and patio homes in a Mediterranean style with living
spaces ranging from 2,000 to over 3,000 square feet under air and priced
from $550,00 to $900,000. There is no membership required and is only
minutes away from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
MEDITERRANIA - Boca Raton
Florida. Small centrally
located community of 48 single family one and two story homes in a
Mediterranean style featuring courtyard models homes in various designs
built in 1997. The community has two tennis courts, schools for the
district are Del Prado Elementary, Omni Middle and Spanish River HS,
home prices range from approximately $875,000 to $1.3 Million. No
membership is required.
ESTANCIA - Boca Raton
Florida. This community is
located on the west corner of Powerline and Glades Road. The community
is comprised of 363 single family one and two story homes in a park like
setting with a natural preserve amidst Estancia, Estancia South and
Estancia West. Home prices range from $600,000 to $1,500,000 and is
considered a year-round community, no membership is required.
LES JARDINS - Boca Raton
Florida. Les Jardins is an
upscale luxury community without a country club appeal. A small
beautiful community with 117 homes mostly year round residents. Prices
range from around $1,000,000 to more than $2 million. Centrally located
just south of Yamato Road and St. Andrews. Amenities include racquetball
court and two tennis courts.
SEASONS - Boca Raton
Florida. This small
community of approximately 255 one and two story single family homes has
a variety of models to choose from between 3,000 square feet to 5,000
square feet of living space. Prices range from $850,000 to $1,600,000
most families are year round residents and the community is within
walking distance to area schools. The community features include a
clubhouse, basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, heated

AVALON - Boca Raton
Florida. This community is
located on Palmetto Park Road west of the turnpike and east of SR441.The

BOCA FALLS - Boca Raton
Florida. Very desirable

of Boca Isles North this community features 442 single family one and

BOCA ISLES NORTH - Boca Raton
Florida. This community of

ISLAND LAKES - Boca Raton
Florida. Located on Glades
Road west of SR441 the community has 260 one and two story single family
homes with a manned gated entrance, low monthly maintenance fees and
within walking distance of Whispering Pines elementary. No membership is
required and prices range from $400,000 to approximately $500,000.
LE RIVAGE -Boca Raton
Florida.
This community consists of eighteen
magnificent estates with prices ranging from approximately $1.5 Million
to $5 Million, The community amenities include tennis courts, bike and

LONG LAKE ESTATES - Boca Raton
